1. Overview

We want you to love your Blitzblend purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund — provided it meets our return conditions.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Digital downloads (e.g. Recipe eBooks) cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

• Items damaged by misuse or neglect are not eligible for refund.

4. How to Return an Item

1. Email us at support@blitzblend.co.uk to request a return.

2. Include your order number and reason for return.

3. Ship your product to:

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund if approved.

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a replacement, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.
We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 working days:

• First, check with your bank or payment provider.
