At Blitzblend, we’re committed to fast and reliable delivery.
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle dispatch and delivery for all orders placed through www.blitzblend.co.uk.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched the next day.

  • Orders placed on Saturdays are posted on Monday.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

3. Delivery Times (UK)

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive the next day, but please allow 2–3 working days for delivery.
Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to courier delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • ✅ All orders include FREE UK shipping.
    There are no additional delivery charges — the price you see at checkout is the total you’ll pay.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Tracking & Delivery

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (where available).

  • We use trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on order type and location.

  • If you’re not home, your courier will leave a card or instructions for redelivery or collection.

6. Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, additional postage charges may apply for resending.
Please double-check your address details before checkout.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived after 3 working days:

  1. Contact support@blitzblend.co.uk with your order number and, if possible, photos.

  2. We’ll investigate with our courier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
