All orders are shipped the same or next working day (Monday to Friday).

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
Tracked & Signed Next Day Delivery: Available at checkout

Tracking details are sent once your order is dispatched.

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in original packaging.

Used, opened, or worn items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours.

All BlitzBlend products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults.

This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
